Own the assigned marketplace/account business and achieve agreed monthly and annual sales targets

In-stock & Availability
Maintain agreed availability levels across platforms by monitoring inventory, demand, replenishment and warehouse/platform issues

Fill Rate
Ensure orders are fulfilled within agreed service levels and proactively highlight risks to fulfilment

Listing Health
Ensure all assigned SKUs have accurate content, images, titles, descriptions, attributes, pricing and catalogue information

MIS Accuracy
Maintain accurate and reconciled sales, inventory, returns, pricing, promotion and marketplace data with minimal manual errors

Reporting Timeliness
Publish daily, weekly and monthly MIS within defined timelines and ensure all key stakeholders receive the required reports

Issue Resolution
Track marketplace issues through to closure including catalogue, inventory, pricing, orders, payments, returns, claims and operational escalations

New SKU Execution




Coordinate internally and with marketplaces to ensure recent SKUs are listed, stocked and live as per launch timelines

Account Management
Support KAM activities including account reviews, JBP preparation, promotional planning, platform communication and action tracking

Commercial Hygiene
Ensure correct pricing, promotions, schemes, claims, deductions and reconciliations with zero avoidable commercial leakage

Business Insights
Move beyond reporting to identify what happened, why it happened and what action is required across sales, inventory, pricing, assortment and marketplace performance

Process Improvement
Identify and implement improvements that reduce manual work, errors or turnaround time

Pay: ₹69,000.00 - ₹79,000.00 per month
