Job Summary

D’LIFE Interiors is looking for a customer-focused and result-oriented Assistant Client Manager to join our Bangalore team.

The role involves handling residential interior enquiries, understanding client requirements, supporting the sales and design process, maintaining strong client relationships, and ensuring a smooth customer journey from initial enquiry to project handover.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle enquiries from customers interested in residential interior projects.
- Understand client requirements, preferences, budget, and project expectations.
- Conduct client meetings and site visits as required.
- Explain D’LIFE's interior design solutions, products, services, and project process to clients.
- Coordinate with the Design, Projects, and Installation teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Prepare and share quotations and proposals with clients in coordination with the concerned teams.
- Follow up with prospective clients and support the conversion of enquiries into confirmed projects.
- Maintain regular communication with clients throughout the pre-sales and sales process.
- Address client queries and coordinate with internal teams for timely resolution.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, client meetings, follow-ups, quotations, and sales status.
- Update the CRM/system regularly with relevant client and project information.
- Achieve assigned monthly sales and conversion targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Support the Client Manager in handling key customer accounts and project-related discussions.
- Coordinate for measurements, design discussions, material selections,



and other client requirements.
- Collect customer feedback and ensure a positive customer experience.
- Maintain awareness of market trends, competitor activities, and residential interior design requirements.

Eligibility

- MBA or BBA
- 1–3 years of experience in Sales, Client Management, Business Development, or a related field.
- Experience in interior design, real estate, furniture, home improvement, or related industries will be an added advantage.
- Freshers with strong communication and sales aptitude may also be considered based on suitability.
