Job description:

- Plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn Ads, YouTube, and other digital platforms.Develop and manage performance marketing strategies to achieve lead generation, customer acquisition, and revenue targets.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze KPIs, and optimize campaigns to improve CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates.
- Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitor analysis to improve campaign effectiveness.
- Create A/B tests for ad creatives, landing pages, and audience targeting to enhance campaign performance.
- Collaborate with the creative and content teams to develop high-converting ad copies, creatives, and landing pages.
- Track and report campaign performance using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager,



Meta Business Suite, and other analytics tools.
- Manage marketing budgets efficiently to maximize ROI.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, platform updates, and best practices.
- Generate regular performance reports and present insights and recommendations to management.
