Job Description:

We are looking for an energetic, confident, and customer-focused RM- Relationship Manager to join our premium gifting store. If you have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and love creating memorable customer experiences, we'd love to meet you.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome and assist walk-in customers with a warm and professional approach.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable gifting Hampers.
- Maintain excellent customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
- Coordinate with warehouse and operations teams for timely order fulfilment.
- Maintain a positive shopping experience for every customer.

Candidate Profile

- 0-6 years of experience in Retail Sales, Luxury Retail, Lifestyle, Fashion, Jewellery, Cosmetics, Electronics, or Premium Products.
- Valuable Communication skills in English
- Solid communication and convincing skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
