Minimum 2 Year Experience Needed in MICU

Key Responsibilities:

- - Patient Care: Provide professional nursing care to assigned patients in the ICU/CCU, including monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and developing patient care plans.
- - Collaboration: Work with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes, including collaborating with physicians, respiratory therapists, and other healthcare professionals.
- - Leadership: Supervise nursing staff, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance evaluations.
- - Quality Improvement: Participate in quality improvement initiatives, including data collection, performance monitoring, and implementation of evidence-based practices.
- - Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records, including nursing assessments, care plans, progress notes, and discharge summaries ¹ ² ³.

Required Qualifications:





- - Education: BSc/ GNM
- KMNC registration mandatory
