Roles & Responsibilities

- Plan and schedule daily/weekly production for tool room and CNC machining operations.
- Prepare production plans based on customer orders, delivery dates, capacity, and priorities.
- Monitor production progress and ensure on-time delivery of all orders.
- Coordinate with Production, Tool Room, Purchase, Quality, Stores, and Sales teams.
- Ensure raw material, drawings, tools, fixtures, and consumables are available before production starts.
- Follow up on CNC machining, grinding, EDM/Wire EDM, heat treatment, coating, and other processes.
- Coordinate with external vendors for outsourced processes and track their delivery schedules.
- Monitor WIP, pending orders, bottlenecks, machine capacity, and manpower availability.
- Update and maintain PPC/ERP/planning software with accurate production status.
- Identify production delays and take corrective actions to meet delivery commitments.
- Provide realistic delivery dates to the Sales/Customer Service team based on production capacity.




- Prepare and maintain daily/weekly PPC reports, pending order reports, and OTD reports.
- Track production efficiency, machine utilization, rejection/rework, and order status.
- Analyze production data and improve production planning, scheduling, and resource utilization.
- Ensure proper coordination of make-to-order tool manufacturing from order receipt to final dispatch.
- Lead the PPC team and ensure timely execution of the production plan.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
