Flarize by Golden Ray is hiring a Sales Team Leader to lead CREs and field sales executives and drive B2C sales, conversions and revenue.

What you'll do

Lead, coach and manage the sales team

Own monthly sales targets, revenue and conversions

Manage leads, follow-ups, site visits, quotations and bookings

Handle customer meetings, negotiation and closing

Own deals from booking through final payment

Plan and execute field sales and lead-generation campaigns

Track sales pipeline and performance through CRM

Coordinate with Project, Accounts, Documentation and Marketing

Take quick decisions and solve problems without waiting for instructions

What we're looking for

3+ years B2C / high-ticket sales experience

Sales team leadership or mentoring experience

Robust sales, negotiation and closing skills

Proven target achievement

Good communication in Malayalam + English

Comfortable with field sales and customer meetings

Comfortable using CRM,



Excel/Google Sheets and WhatsApp Web

Valid two-wheeler licence

Relevant backgrounds: Real Estate, Automobile, Home Interiors, Consumer Durables, Home Automation, Insurance, Solar or other high-ticket B2C sales.

Solar experience is NOT mandatory. Training provided.
