MID-LEVEL ARCHITECT

About Sarvatva

Sarvatva is a multidisciplinary architecture, interiors, and engineering consultancy working across residential, commercial, and institutional projects. Our work covers the complete process from concept design and 3D visualization to technical documentation and site execution.

We are looking for a Mid-Level Architect with strong experience in residential projects, redevelopment, interiors, and execution drawings.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop SD packages, working drawings & GFC/execution drawings.
- Handle residential & redevelopment projects from design to execution.
- Prepare architectural presentations, 3D views & renderings.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors and internal teams.
- Conduct site visits and coordinate with the execution team.




- Manage and guide junior architects/designers.

Mandatory Skills

- AutoCAD – Strong working knowledge
- Photoshop – Presentations & post-production
- Lumion – 3D visualization & rendering
- Revit Architecture & BIM – Working knowledge
- PowerPoint – Professional presentations

We’re Looking For

- 4–5 years of relevant architectural experience
- Experience in residential & redevelopment projects
- Good knowledge of interior 3D & visualization
- Strong plan reading, detailing & execution drawing skills
- Excellent team management & coordination
- Valuable client-handling and communication skills
- Willingness to undertake site visits

Work Location: In person

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
