What will you do?

As an Automation & Analytics Developer at The Simple, you will combine technical expertise, analytical thinking

and business understanding to build solutions that improve how our clients and teams work.

You can expect to:

- Design and develop automation workflows using KNIME, Power Automate and other automation tools
- Build scalable data processing and analytics solutions using Python
- Develop, optimise and maintain SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, reporting and

analytics

- Create interactive dashboards and business intelligence solutions using Power BI
- Develop and maintain business applications and workflows using SharePoint and Microsoft Power

Platform

- Identify manual, repetitive and inefficient processes and design technology-led solutions to improve

productivity and efficiency

- Integrate data from multiple sources and build reliable workflows for data extraction, transformation,

validation and analysis

- Ensure data quality, accuracy, documentation and governance across analytical and automation

solutions

- Present analytical findings,



dashboards and automation solutions to technical and non-technical

stakeholders

- Work closely with cross-functional teams to drive adoption and effective use of automation and

analytics solutions

- Manage multiple projects/workstreams simultaneously while maintaining quality, timelines and

documentation.

- Continuously explore new technologies, AI capabilities and automation opportunities to make

solutions faster, smarter and more scalable

We're not just looking for someone who can code. We're looking for someone who can understand a business

problem, design the right solution and communicate it effectively to the people who will use it.

- 3–5 years of relevant experience in analytics, automation, business intelligence, data analytics or

technology consulting

- Strong hands-on experience with Python, including data processing, analysis and automation
- Hands-on experience with KNIME; L2 certification would be preferred
- Strong working knowledge of SQL for data extraction, transformation and analytics
- Hands-on experience with Power Automate and workflow automation
- Experience developing Power BI dashboards and reports
- Working knowledge of SharePoint and Microsoft Power Platform
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work with large and complex datasets
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to clearly articulate

technical concepts, understand business requirements,



and translate complex analysis into simple,

actionable recommendation

- Strong attention to detail, particularly around data quality, accuracy and process reliability

Qualifications

- Education – MBA/PGDM, Masters or B.Tech
- Stream - Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics or a related quantitative

field

- Experience – 3–5 years of relevant experience in Analytics, Automation, Business Intelligence, Data

Analytics or Technology Consulting
