Job Summary
Muthoot Finance is hiring energetic and career-oriented graduates for the role of Business Development Officer (Personal Loan). This is an excellent opportunity for freshers who are interested in sales, marketing, and the financial services industry. Selected candidates will be responsible for generating personal loan business, building customer relationships, and achieving business targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business for Personal Loan products through phone calls and customer interactions.
- Identify potential customers and explain loan features and benefits.
- Build and maintain robust customer relationships.
- Leads will be provided by the company no need to generate them.
- Collect customer documents and coordinate the loan application process.
- Follow up with customers until loan disbursement.
- Achieve monthly business targets while ensuring quality customer service.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
- Comply with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Local candidates are preferred.
- Good communication skills in Malayalam
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-focused approach.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Goal-oriented with a positive attitude.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary starting : ₹14,000– ₹18,000 per month + Incentives
