The Project Manager leads the site team, manages budgets and timelines, and ensures full compliance with safety and building codes for multi-story residential or commercial high-rise developments. [1]Key Responsibilities

- Project Planning & Execution: Oversee daily site operations, structural framing, concrete pouring cycles, and vertical progression.
- MEP & Architectural Coordination: Integrate mechanical, electrical, plumbing (MEP), and HVAC installations with civil works.
- Safety & Compliance: Enforce strict health and safety protocols (such as OSHA guidelines or local standards) for working at heights.
- Budget & Schedule Management: Monitor project milestones, control expenditures, and mitigate financial or operational risks.
- Stakeholder Communication: Act as the primary contact for clients, architects,

Requirements & Qualifications

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent.
- Experience: 8 to 15+ years of hands-on experience managing high-rise RCC or steel-frame structures.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in reading complex structural drawings, utilizing CAD, and applying project scheduling software (like Primavera P6 or MS Project). [1, 2, 3]
