We are looking for a proactive B2B Sales / Business Development Executive to join Alliance Machinery and help grow our industrial process-equipment business.

The candidate will be responsible for generating new customers, developing relationships with chemical and pharmaceutical companies, identifying equipment requirements, making outbound calls, following up on enquiries, preparing quotations and converting opportunities into orders.

The role involves dealing with Purchase, Production, Maintenance, Engineering and Projects teams and may require customer visits across Maharashtra and Gujarat.

We are looking for someone who is strong in sales, persistent with follow-ups, confident in cold calling and comfortable selling technical/industrial products.

Experience in industrial machinery, process equipment, pharma machinery, chemicals or engineering products will be preferred.

Salary: ₹4,00,000 – ₹8,00,000 per annum + performance incentives
Experience: 2–6 years
Employment Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
