About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Supply Chain Executive to manage and coordinate end-to-end supply chain activities for our export operations. The role involves working closely with vendors, production units, logistics partners, and internal teams to ensure timely execution of export orders.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate with vendors and manufacturing units to ensure timely production and dispatch as per export schedules.
- Monitor order fulfillment, production progress, and delivery timelines as per client requirements.
- Coordinate QCAP activities including product quality checks, inspections, and ensuring compliance with customer specifications.
- Follow up with vendors/production teams for quality issues, corrective actions, and timely resolution.
- Manage logistics coordination including shipment booking, tracking, and freight forwarder follow-ups.
- Assist in export documentation (invoice, packing list, BL/AWB,



COO, etc.).
- Maintain supply chain, quality, and operations data in Excel/ERP systems.
- Monitor inventory, support procurement planning, and coordinate with sales/accounts teams.
- Identify and resolve delays, shortages, and operational issues proactively.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Graduate in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, or related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in supply chain/logistics, preferably in an exports or manufacturing environment.
- Basic knowledge of export procedures, INCOTERMS, and documentation.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel and reporting tools.
- Strong coordination, communication, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to multitask and work under timelines.
- This job requires travel and all the expense will be reimbursed

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
