We are looking for a confident and responsible Assistant Student Care Manager to support the Student Care Manager in handling students, maintaining discipline, resolving student concerns, and ensuring smooth day-to-day student activities.

Key Responsibilities:

* Communicate with students regularly and maintain a positive professional relationship.

* Handle student queries, concerns, complaints, and day-to-day issues.

* Monitor student attendance, punctuality, discipline, and general conduct.

* Coordinate with faculty and management regarding student-related matters.

* Follow up with students regarding classes, schedules, assignments, exams, and other academic activities.

* Maintain proper records and reports related to student activities.

* Communicate important instructions and updates to students clearly.

* Assist in counselling and guiding students when required.

* Identify student concerns and escalate serious issues to the Student Care Manager/management.

* Support the Student Care Manager in maintaining a safe, disciplined, and supportive learning workplace.





* Handle phone calls and WhatsApp communication with students/parents when required.

* Perform other student-care and administrative duties assigned by management.

Qualification: Any degree/diploma

Experience: 0–2 years; freshers with strong communication skills can also be considered.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
