Job Responsibilities:

- Manage and supervise all assigned sites across Assam and Kolkata.
- Handle workers, labourers, attendance, and manpower requirements.
- Monitor daily site operations and ensure smooth workflow.
- Resolve site-related issues and employee grievances.
- Coordinate regularly with management, site officers, and clients.
- Maintain discipline, ensure service quality, and submit regular reports.
- Conduct site visits and manage manpower deployment.

Requirements:

- 1–2 years of experience in site supervision, facility management, or manpower handling.
- Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple sites and handle workers.
- Willingness to travel between sites.
