Exp : 4 to 5 years

Salary : 40 K to 60K

Shift Time : 9AM to 6PM or 10AM to 7PM

Primary responsibility:

To ensure the hospital runs smoothly every day by coordinating clinical, non-clinical, patient services, manpower, revenue, quality and facility operations.

Key responsibilities:

1. Daily Hospital Operations

Monitor OPD, IPD, Emergency, ICU, OT, Lab, Radiology, Pharmacy and other departments.

Ensure smooth patient flow and reduce waiting time.

Handle operational issues and escalations.
Qualification

* Bachelor's Degree in Hospital Administration, Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
* Master's Degree in Hospital Administration (MHA) or Healthcare Management will be preferred.
