About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with a solid technical background who has transitioned from software development/Team Lead responsibilities into project and delivery management.

The ideal candidate should understand how software projects are built and delivered and should be comfortable managing project planning, sprint execution, client communication, timelines, risks, and cross-functional teams.

The Project Manager will be the primary point of accountability for project delivery, client communication, and overall sprint health.

Key Responsibilities

- Own end-to-end project delivery, timelines, scope, and stakeholder communication.
- Conduct requirement-gathering sessions and translate requirements into a structured project backlog.
- Coordinate with Team Leads on effort estimation, timelines, and technical delivery.
- Plan and manage Agile/Scrum sprints, including sprint goals, capacity, scope, and prioritisation.
- Manage project boards using Azure DevOps or Jira.
- Track sprint velocity, burndown, task progress, risks, dependencies, and impediments.
- Proactively identify delivery risks and take corrective action before they impact timelines.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining delivery quality and timelines.
- Own client communication, project updates, delivery commitments, and feedback.
- Coordinate UAT, demos, client feedback, change requests, and project reporting.
- Facilitate sprint planning and retrospectives and track improvement actions.
- Work closely with Team Leads, developers, QA, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery.
- Provide regular updates on project health, delivery status, risks, and team performance.

Required Skills & Experience

- 10+ years of overall professional experience.
- Strong previous experience in software development / technical leadership / Team Lead roles.




- Relevant experience in Project Management / Delivery Management.
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Hands-on experience with Sprint Planning, Backlog Management, Sprint Tracking and Retrospectives.
- Experience managing multiple software projects simultaneously.
- Strong client-facing and stakeholder management experience.
- Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps or Jira.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and technical project delivery.
- Excellent communication, coordination, planning, prioritisation, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to identify blockers, manage risks, and drive projects towards timely delivery.

What This Role Is Not

This is a delivery and project management role. The candidate will not be expected to write or review code or make independent architecture/technical design decisions. Technical execution and architecture remain with the Team Lead/Solutions Architect.

The role requires strong ownership, proactive communication, structured planning, and a consistent focus on smooth and on-time project delivery. These align with the competency and motivation profile defined for the role.

Pay: ₹2,000,000.00 - ₹2,500,000.00 per year
