Digital Marketing Executive

About the Role
We are looking for a result-driven Digital Marketing Executive to support the planning, execution, and optimization of online marketing campaigns. The candidate will assist in increasing brand awareness, driving website traffic, and generating leads across digital channels.

Key Responsibilities

A. Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Campaign Support

1. Ad Campaign Execution

- Assist in setting up campaigns based on age, location, language, and interests
- Support A/B testing for ad creatives and copy
- Coordinate with the creative team to ensure availability of images and short-form videos
- Help execute retargeting campaigns for users who have engaged but not converted

2. Lead Quality Monitoring

- Monitor incoming leads and track Cost Per Lead (CPL)
- Coordinate with tele-calling teams for basic lead validation
- Assist in audience review and targeting adjustments to improve lead quality

3. Campaign Tracking & Reporting

- Support implementation of tracking tools like Meta Pixel (as guided by seniors)
- Maintain daily tracking of campaign performance
- Prepare weekly reports on leads and basic conversion metrics
- Identify performance issues and escalate to the reporting manager

B. Google Ads Support

1. Campaign Management





- Assist in running and optimizing:
- Search Ads
- Display Ads
- YouTube Ads
- Work on keyword targeting related to fertility, IVF, and women’s health

2. Keyword & Performance Tracking

- Support keyword research and maintenance (brand, generic, negative keywords)
- Track keyword performance and assist in weekly reporting

3. Budget & Performance Monitoring

- Monitor daily ad spend and highlight any irregularities
- Assist in basic bid adjustments under supervision

C. Coordination & Tools

- Work with CRM team to ensure leads are properly recorded
- Report any discrepancies in lead data or syncing issues
- Coordinate with internal teams for campaign execution and follow-ups

Preferred Qualifications

- Any Bachelor’s degree in, IT, or related field
- 6 months - 2 years of experience in digital marketing (freshers with internships can apply)
- Basic knowledge of Meta Ads and Google Ads
- Familiarity with Excel and reporting
- Certification in digital marketing is a plus
