• Develop and support enterprise applications using Google Cloud technologies
• Analyze and troubleshoot application and cloud-related issues
• Monitor application performance, availability and reliability
• Identify root causes and implement effective solutions
• Work with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues
• Contribute to cloud solution design and implementation
• Support incident management and troubleshooting processes
• Participate in technical discussions and become an SME
• Improve support processes and operational efficiency
• Contribute to knowledge-sharing and continuous improvement initiatives
