-Handle customer complaints & escalations within defined TAT

Required Candidate profile

-2+ years of experience in customer support/inbound calling
-Valuable verbal & written communication skills
-Good knowledge of MS Office/Excel and CRM tools
-Problem solving & customer handling skills
