About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Store Manager to manage store operations, drive sales, and lead a high-performing team for Lenskart.

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive store sales, revenue, and customer experience.
- Manage daily store operations and ensure process compliance.
- Lead, motivate, and develop the store team.
- Track and achieve sales targets and key KPIs.
- Manage inventory, visual merchandising, and store standards.
- Handle customer relationships and resolve escalations.
- Analyse store performance and implement action plans for improvement.
- Requirements:

- 4+ years of experience in Retail Store Management.
- Experience in premium/lifestyle/optical retail preferred.
- Strong team-handling and sales management skills.
- Good communication and customer-handling abilities.
- Willingness to work in a target-driven retail setting.
