Role Summary
Writes case studies, strategic notes, proposal copy, and outreach sequences across all 4 verticals(Airport design/Sport infrastructure/retail store and AirClad), adapting tone and content depth per account tier (bespoke Tier 1 vs. templated Tier 2/3).
Key Responsibilities
- Write case study narratives from real project work (e.g. Liberty Shoes/ Apple/Croma) and international partner projects
- Draft strategic notes and one-pagers for Tier 1 accounts
- Write and maintain templated email/LinkedIn sequences for Tier 2/3 outreach
- Collaborate with the Graphic Designer on proposal decks and collateral copy
- Work with the AI Specialist to speed up first-draft content production
Requirements
- 2-4 years in B2B content/copywriting, ideally in a sales-support context
- Robust written English; able to adapt tone across institutional and consumer-facing content
