WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Handle inbound & outbound sales calls
• Follow up with fresh, warm & old leads
• Re-engage previous customers & inactive leads
• Counsel customers and recommend suitable programs
• Drive admissions, conversions & monthly targets
• Upsell workshops and advanced membership plans
• Build strong customer relationships
• Maintain CRM updates & sales reports

WHAT WERE LOOKING FOR:
Graduate in any stream
13 years of experience in Sales / Tele-sales / Counselling / Education Sales
Excellent communication in English & Hindi
Robust convincing & negotiation skills
Comfortable with inbound & outbound calling
Target-oriented with a positive, persuasive attitude
Basic CRM & computer knowledge
