Position: Technical Sales Chat Executive
Location: Airoli, Navi Mumbai
Process: Technical Sales Chat
Salary: Up to 26,000 P.M.
Joining Bonus: 25,000
Travel Allowance: 1,750 One Way | 3,500 Two Way
Shift: US Rotational Shifts
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries through chat support
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable technical solutions
- Promote and recommend relevant products/services
- Achieve sales and customer satisfaction targets
- Maintain excellent written communication and customer experience
Requirements
- Excellent English communication & typing skills
- Experience in international chat / technical sales / customer support preferred
- Valuable convincing and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working in US rotational shifts
