The Product Management Executive will support the product lifecycle from inception to delivery. Will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure product success. This role involves product strategy execution, market analysis, and customer feedback management to guide product enhancements.

Role & responsibilities

- Define the product strategy and roadmap
- Deliver MRDs (market required docs) and PRDs (product required docs) with prioritized features and corresponding justification
- Work with external third parties to assess partnerships
- Be an expert with respect to the competition
- Develop product pricing and positioning strategies
- Perform product demos to customers
- Work in close co-ordination with the Sales & Supply chain team.
- Deliver a monthly product quantity forecast
- Develop sales tools and collaterals
- Drive the entire Product Life cycle management from New Product Development to go to market Strategy
- Develop and implement plans to support all product ranges in the account portfolio




- Analyzes data to generate user insights to assist in the prioritization and optimization of our products and features
- Working in SAP Modules (MM/PP modules)
- Strategizing slow moving items and dead stock analysis
- Planning and co-ordination for exhibitions and trade fairs.

Desired profile:

- Proven work experience in product management or as an associate product manager
- Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle
- Proven ability to develop product and marketing strategies alongside the marketing and sales team
- Solid problem-solving skills and willingness to roll up ones sleeves to get the job done
- Skilled at working effectively with cross functional teams in a matrix organization
- Data collection and analytical skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Age: 22 years. & above
- Preferably from furniture hardware or related industry
- Knowledge & Experience in digital tools SAP
- Good Analytical skills with Excel & Business Intelligence
