We are hiring for US & UK Customer Service roles!

Candidates with international & domestic experience can apply

Role

- Handle inbound Call queries
- Resolve customer issues/queries via Voice & chat (US/UK shifts)
- Maintain quality & documentation

Preferred candidate profile

HSC Freshers salary 22K to 29K (Any BPO or non-BPO exp. will work)

HSC/Grad with 6 months' exp. 23K to 28K

HSC / GRAD 1 yr+ Exp: 29K to 50K

Location: Navi Mumbai/Mumbai (All Areas)

Shift

- 24/7 rotational
- 2 weekly offs
- PF Facility

Free Transport: Doorstep Pick-up or Drop-off
