We Are Hiring Customer Service (Hospitality Process)
We are looking for candidates with exceptional English communication skills for a Customer Service – Hospitality process.
Job Details:
• Role: Customer Service Associate (Hospitality)
• Salary: 20,000 – 24,000/month
• Qualification: HSC & above with minimum 6 months BPO experience
• Shift: Night Shift (9 hours)
• Shift Window: 5:30 PM – 1:00 PM
• Work Schedule: 5 Days Working | 2 Rotational Offs
• Incentives:
– Performance Bonus: 0 – 2,500/month
– Travelling Allowance: 2,200/month
• Transport: Centralized pickup from Andheri & Ghatkopar Stations
• Home pickup & drop available (9:30 PM – 6:00 AM)
