- Solid NPI (New Product Introduction) experience.
- Hands-on/ground-level experience in NPI , not just product development.
- Experience in product launches is relevant.
- Relevant Supply Chain process experience.
- Experience in Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) is relevant.
- Project management experience can be considered.
- Candidates with NPD experience can be considered, provided they have strong and relevant NPI experience.
