Roles and Responsibilities :
- Lead a team of desktop support engineers to provide technical assistance to end users.
- Manage and prioritize IT tickets, ensuring timely resolution of issues affecting business operations.
- Collaborate with other teams to resolve complex technical problems that require coordination across multiple departments.
- Develop and maintain documentation for desktop support processes, procedures, and knowledge base.
Job Requirements :
- 5-15 years of experience in IT support or related field.
- Robust leadership skills with ability to manage a team effectively.
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Proficiency in hardware support, IT team lead, desktop support lead, desktop team lead roles.
