Role Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced ServiceNow Architect to provide technical leadership and architecture guidance for enterprise ServiceNow implementations. The ideal candidate should have extensive ServiceNow architecture and development experience, with strong expertise in custom application development, App Engine, integrations, Flow Designer, Service Portal, and ServiceNow Studio.

Key Responsibilities

- Define and design enterprise ServiceNow architecture and technical solutions.
- Lead architecture and design for complex ServiceNow implementations.
- Design and develop scalable custom ServiceNow applications.
- Provide technical leadership to ServiceNow developers and development teams.
- Define application architecture, data models, integration patterns, security models, and development standards.
- Design solutions using App Engine / App Engine Studio (AES).
- Architect workflows and automation using Flow Designer.
- Design enterprise integrations using IntegrationHub, REST/SOAP APIs, and other integration technologies.
- Provide architecture guidance for Service Portal solutions.
- Establish development standards using ServiceNow Studio / IDE.




- Review technical designs, code, integrations, and application architecture.
- Ensure solutions follow ServiceNow best practices, scalability, security, performance, and maintainability standards.
- Work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, functional consultants, and technical teams.
- Lead technical discussions, solution design sessions, and architecture reviews.
- Support migration, upgrades, integrations, and enterprise ServiceNow transformation initiatives.

Must-Have Skills

- 12+ years of overall IT experience
- 5+ years of ServiceNow architecture experience
- Current/Recent designation as ServiceNow Architect / Technical Architect
- Solid hands-on custom application development experience
- Strong expertise in:
- ServiceNow App Engine / App Engine Studio (AES)
- Flow Designer
- IntegrationHub
- Service Portal
- ServiceNow Studio / IDE

- Strong ServiceNow scripting and JavaScript experience
- Experience designing REST/SOAP/API-based integrations
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow application architecture, data model, security, ACLs, scoped applications, and application lifecycle
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable ServiceNow technical architecture.
