Role Objective
The Customer Support Executive (B2B) will act as a key coordination link between B2B
customers and internal teams by providing accurate order-related updates using SAP data and
ensuring timely follow-ups. This role focuses on customer communication and coordination,
not order punching.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
Customer Communication & Follow-up

Make outbound calls to B2B customers for order follow-ups, conrmations, and
coordination.
Communicate order status, dispatch details, delivery schedules, and pending
requirements by referring to SAP system data.
Share accurate and updated information with customers after internal conrmation.
SAP-Based Coordination

Track order status, dispatch details, and pending quantities through SAP
reports/screens.

Coordinate with Sales, PPC, Dispatch, and Operations teams based on SAP data.
Ensure customer commitments are aligned with SAP-approved information only.
MIS & Documentation

Maintain call logs, follow-up trackers, and customer communication records.
Prepare daily/weekly MIS reports using Advanced Excel, supported by SAP data exports.
Highlight deviations, delays, and pending actions to seniors.

Order punching is NOT part of this role.

The Order Processing Executive is responsible for accurate order punching, documentation,
and execution using SAP, ensuring error-free order processing from conrmation to dispatch.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
SAP Order Processing

Accurately punch customer orders in SAP (SD module preferred).
Validate product specications, pricing, quantities, delivery timelines, and commercial
terms in SAP.

Monitor order lifecycle in SAP until dispatch.
QD & CD Documentation
¢

Prepare, verify, and manage QD (Quotation Details) and CD (Conrmation
Documents) linked with SAP records.
Ensure all approvals and conrmations are properly documented and system-updated.
Cross-functional Coordination

Coordinate with Sales, PPC, Planning, Dispatch, and Logistics teams using SAP-
generated data.
Ensure smooth handover of orders for execution.

MIS & Reporting

Extract data from SAP and prepare MIS reports using Advanced Excel.
Maintain order-wise documentation and support audits.
