Job Description E-commerce Manager

Job Summary:-

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented E-commerce Manager to manage and grow our online marketplace business across Amazon, Flipkart and other relevant platforms.

The candidate will be responsible for overall marketplace performance, sales growth, product visibility, advertising, inventory planning, pricing, promotions, team management and daily e-commerce operations. The role requires strong knowledge of Amazon Vendor Central, Flipkart and marketplace operations, along with the ability to analyse performance data and develop strategies to improve sales and profitability.

Required Experience:-

- 5-10 years of relevant experience in E-commerce or Marketplace Management.
- Strong hands-on experience with Amazon Vendor Central.
- Good experience in Flipkart marketplace operations.
- Experience in managing marketplace sales and business growth.




- Experience in product listing and catalogue management.
- Strong knowledge of marketplace advertising.
- Experience in keyword research and product ranking.
- Knowledge of inventory planning, purchase orders and shipments.
- Experience in handling marketplace escalations and Andon cases.
- Solid knowledge of Excel and MIS reporting.
