Responsibilities

- Carry out routine preventive and corrective maintenance of solar PV systems
- Monitor system performance and identify faults using remote monitoring tools
- Perform electrical testing, cleaning, and inspection of panels, inverters, and BOS components
- Maintain accurate maintenance logs and service reports
- Coordinate with site engineers and clients for scheduled and breakdown maintenance
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company SOPs on site

Requirements

- ITI or Diploma in Electrical / Electronics Engineering
- Minimum 2 years of experience in solar OM or electrical maintenance
- Familiarity with on-grid, off-grid, and hybrid solar systems
- Ability to work at sites across India with travel as required
- Basic understanding of inverters, charge controllers, and monitoring systems
