Roles and Responsibilities :
- Conduct internal quality audits to ensure compliance with ISO standards and company policies.
- Develop and implement effective QMS (Quality Management System) processes to improve product quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Provide training and coaching to employees on quality systems, procedures, and best practices.
Job Requirements :
- 5-15 years of experience in a similar role within the engineering & construction industry.
- Solid knowledge of ISO audit requirements and QMS implementation principles.
- Proven track record as an Internal Quality Auditor or equivalent certification.
