Job Role: Sales Coordinator

Working Days : Monday to Saturday

Timing: 09 AM to 6 PM

Job Location - Okhla Phase - 1

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Backend Sales Coordinator (MALE candidates only) to support the sales team with daily coordination, customer follow-ups, documentation, and order processing.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate with the sales team and customers for orders and requirements.
- Prepare quotations, invoices, sales reports, and other documents.
- Follow up with customers regarding orders, payments, and deliveries.
- Maintain customer and sales records in Excel/CRM.
- Coordinate with logistics, accounts, and other departments.
- Handle customer queries and provide timely updates.
- Track pending orders and ensure timely completion.
- Provide administrative and backend support to the sales team.

Requirements:

- Positive communication and coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Good follow-up and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Candidates with relevant experience can apply.
