- Strong understanding of operational excellence practices to improve efficiency and drive process standardization.
- Proficient in stakeholder engagement and cross-functional coordination for complex consulting environments.
- Skilled in document drafting to prepare clear, structured, and client-ready deliverables.
- Working knowledge of Word, PowerPoint, and Excel to support analysis, documentation, and presentation needs.
