Responsibilities

- Be well-versed with editing software to support the organizations multimedia needs.
- Assist in organizing film festivals and forums, including planning and executing events with attention to financial and time constraints.
- Create informative and engaging short videos, infographics, posters, and related communication materials.
- Assist in developing and implementing communication strategies through social media and newsletters.
- Research and negotiate with vendors to secure the best combination of quality and cost for event-related services.
- Oversee event happenings and act quickly to resolve problems as they arise.
- Assist in maintaining festival databases and managing necessary updates.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth and successful event experience for all attendees.

Essentials Skills

- Proficiency in video editing software (MUST), MS Office, media production, communication, and dissemination techniques and methods.
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in a relevant field.

Skills Required

- We are seeking a Festival Executive with strong video-editing and social media skills to lead program implementation across our film festivals and forums.
- The role focuses on producing and editing short-form videos (trailers, promos, recaps, reels), running platform-wise content calendars and campaigns, and executing events end-to-end from speaker/vendor coordination and run-of-show to on-site delivery and post-event reporting.
- The ideal candidate is hands-on with Adobe Premiere Pro/Final Cut (motion graphics a plus), understands social analytics and community engagement, and can translate program goals into compelling digital content.
- Familiarity with environmental themes, along with excellent communication, time management, teamwork, and problem-solving skills, is essential.
