About the Role: We are conducting mega hiring for Customer Care Executives in Gurugram & Noida. Openings are available across voice and chat processes. Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.

Job Responsibilities:

- Handle customer queries via voice support.
- Understand customer concerns and provide accurate resolutions.
- Maintain professional and courteous communication.
- Deliver highquality customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with internal teams when required.

- Graduates and undergraduates eligible.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.

Salary & Benefits:

For Gurgaon we have only sales openings





For Noida we have international openings (only for international experience candidates)

- Freshers: 20,000 CTC/month + Incentives
- Experienced: Up to 28,000 CTC/month + Incentives
