Job Description

We are hiring Freshers for a Indian Voice Process. The ideal candidate should possess good communication skills and be passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
- Resolve customer queries, complaints, and service requests promptly.
- Provide accurate information about products and services.
- Maintain records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.
- Adhere to company policies and process guidelines.





Eligibility Criteria:

- Graduation is mandatory (No Btech , No BE).
- Good communication skills.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer knowledge required.
