Role & responsibilities

- Prepare and submit pre-qualification documents, technical submittal documents such as cause-and-effect matrices, data sheets, etc.
- Ensure all documentation complies with project specifications, UAE codes, and standards.
- Provide technical support and expertise on Fire Fighting Systems including pumps, sprinkler, hydrant, hose reel, foam, and clean agent systems etc.,
- Coordinate the preparation and submission of product samples for client approval.
- Serve as the primary technical point of contact for clients during the post-sales phase, addressing queries and providing solutions.
- Ensure client satisfaction by delivering high-quality technical support and documentation.
- Ensure all designs, submittals, and proposals comply with international and local codes, industry standards, and authority regulations.
- Conduct quality checks on technical submittals and designs to ensure compliance with client requirements and organizational goals.

Preferred candidate profile

Year of Experience - 2 to 3 Years

Positive Experience in AutoCAD and MS Office.
