What Youll Do

- Drive end-to-end Oracle HCM Cloud implementations
- Lead workshops, requirement gathering, design & configuration
- Manage testing, deployment, go-live & post-go-live support
- Work closely with clients and cross-functional teams
- Handle complex functional issues and provide effective solutions
- Mentor team members and support project planning & delivery
- Be open to domestic & international travel

What We Need

6+ years of Oracle HCM domain experience
Minimum 2 end-to-end HCM Cloud implementations
Strong knowledge of HCM processes, configurations & data flow
Excellent communication & stakeholder management
Strong leadership, mentoring & problem-solving skills
