- ITI / Diploma in Mechanical, Production, Tool & Die Engineering, or equivalent technical qualification.
- Minimum 25 years of hands-on experience operating grinding machines in a precision manufacturing or engineering setting.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and GD&T; symbols.
- Experience using precision measuring instruments such as micrometers, vernier calipers, bore gauges, and other inspection gauges. Basic knowledge of CMM is an added advantage.
- Working knowledge of grinding wheel selection, dressing, and truing techniques.
- Familiarity with CNC grinding machine controls such as FANUC, Siemens, or similar systems is an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality and dimensional accuracy.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team-based production environment.
- Willingness to work in shifts as per production requirements.
Preferred candidate profile
Experienced in grinding machine operation, precision measurement, engineering drawing interpretation, and quality inspection. Experience in a manufacturing or precision engineering environment is preferred.
