Key Responsibilities

- Convert home loan & mortgage leads into appointments and disbursals
- Manage end-to-end loan process with compliance
- Build and maintain relationships with banks & NBFCs
- Handle client interactions, documentation, and application submission
- Analyse loan files, assess eligibility, and resolve processing issues
- Prepare loan proposals and ensure smooth contract completion
- Leads will be provided by the call center

Requirements

- Excellent communication & client handling skills
- Good understanding of loan processing & financial analysis
