:- AU Small Finance Bank Limited is seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join our Sales department as a Relationship Manager specializing in Current and Savings Accounts (CV CE). Responsibilities:-

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to promote the banks current and savings account products.
- Identify client needs and provide customized financial solutions to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the banks deposit portfolio.
- Conduct detailed market research and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead in the financial services market.
- Collaborate with internal teams including credit, operations, and compliance to ensure seamless onboarding and servicing of clients.
- Monitor and manage client portfolios to mitigate risks and ensure compliance with banking regulations and internal policies.
- Prepare and present detailed reports on sales performance, client feedback, and market trends to senior management.
- Lead negotiations and close deals with clients,



ensuring mutually beneficial terms and long-term partnerships.
- Organize and participate in client engagement activities, seminars, and networking events to enhance the banks brand presence.
- Provide training and mentorship to junior sales staff to build a high-performing team aligned with the banks objectives.
