Role & responsibilities

To develop, manage, and grow business through Agency Partner Office Channel by recruiting, activating, and supporting partner offices and agents, ensuring sustainable life insurance sales and productivity.

Preferred candidate profile

2 to 6 years of experience in life insurance sales (Agency/APC preferred)

Prior experience in partner or agency channel is an advantage

Individual contributor who will create a team of Franchisee Partners
