Roles and Responsibilities :
- Handle inbound calls from customers to resolve their queries and concerns related to debt recovery.
- Process customer requests, provide information on payment options, and update records accordingly.
- Identify potential issues and escalate them to senior team members or supervisors when necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.
Job Requirements :
- 0-2 years of experience in BPO voice processes (domestic) with a focus on debt recovery or similar industries.
- Proficiency in Kannada language is required for this role.
- Strong understanding of domestic voice process procedures and regulations.
- Ability to work in an outbound process setting.
