Job Title: Textile & Waste Heat Recovery Business Development Engineer Tiruppur

We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Engineer to develop our Heat Pump and Waste Heat Recovery business in Tiruppur, one of India’s major textile and dyeing hubs.

The ideal candidate will have a Textile Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Energy Engineering, or related engineering background, with experience in the textile industry, renewable energy, energy efficiency, waste heat recovery, industrial utilities, or related sectors.

The candidate will be responsible for developing strong relationships with senior management, factory heads, utility managers, technical teams and decision-makers across textile processing, dyeing and related industries in Tiruppur.



The role will involve identifying industrial heat-recovery opportunities, understanding customer processes and energy requirements, promoting industrial heat pumps and waste heat recovery solutions, conducting initial technical discussions, coordinating site surveys, and developing recent business opportunities.

Strong communication, networking and business development skills are essential. The candidate must be comfortable travelling within Tiruppur and meeting textile companies and their technical teams regularly.

Languages: Tamil and English are mandatory; Hindi is preferred.

Candidates with strong industrial networks in the Tiruppur textile sector will be preferred.
