Key Responsibilities

- Generate new business and achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Visit doctors, clinics, hospitals, nursing homes, and diagnostic/referral partners regularly.
- Promote the company's diagnostic tests, health packages, and laboratory services.
- Develop and maintain solid professional relationships with doctors and healthcare professionals.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the company's customer/referral network.
- Conduct regular market visits and gather information about competitors, pricing, and market trends.
- Follow up with existing clients and referral partners to increase business volume.
- Coordinate with the laboratory and operations teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Organize and participate in health camps, doctor meetings, awareness programs, and promotional activities.
- Follow up for pending payments and coordinate with clients/accounts wherever required.
- Submit daily visit reports, sales reports, and market feedback to the reporting manager.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, clients, visits, conversions,



and business generated.
- Required Skills

- Ability to build and maintain relationships with doctors and healthcare professionals.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
- Good knowledge of the local market.
- Ability to generate leads and convert them into business.
- Basic knowledge of diagnostic/pathology services will be an advantage.
- Willingness to travel for field visits.
- Qualification

- Graduate in any discipline.
- Candidates with experience in diagnostic, healthcare, or medical sales will be preferred.
