We are looking for a skilled Test Lead to join our team at Luxoft India LLP. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in testing and quality assurance, with excellent leadership skills.

Roles and Responsibility

- Develop and implement comprehensive test plans and strategies to ensure high-quality software delivery.
- Lead and manage a team of testers, providing guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development and product management, to identify and prioritize testing requirements.
- Analyze and report defects, working closely with the development team to resolve issues.
- Develop and maintain automated testing scripts using tools like Selenium or Appium.




- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in software testing.

- Solid knowledge of software testing principles, methodologies, and tools.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Experience with automation testing tools such as Selenium or Appium.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
