We are looking for a skilled Senior Murex Technical Support Engineer to join our team at Luxoft India LLP. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical support and experience with Murex.
Roles and Responsibility
- Provide technical support for Murex implementation and maintenance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to Murex.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of Murex with other systems.
- Develop and maintain documentation of technical solutions and knowledge base articles.
- Participate in training and on-call rotation for 24/7 support.
- Analyze and report on technical issues and trends to improve overall system performance.
